VINEYARD DETAILS: Alluvial soil and drip irrigation

CLIMATE: Dry and continental with great exposure allowing perfect ripening

HARVEST DETAILS: Picked by hand in cases of 15 kg, from the second week of March, yield: 10 Ton/Ha

VINIFICATION: Grapes were destemmed and crushed. Maceration before fermentation. 15 days of fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 25-29ºC. Natural malolatic fermentation

AGING PROCESS: In French and American barrels for 6 months. Bottling aging for 6 months

COLOUR: Brillant red

AROMAS: Shades of wet earth after aging in barrels, fruity

PALATE: Very nice persistence in the palate. With undertones of coffee and mushrooms, it fills the mouth nicely. Very versatile

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13.50% Vol. (20º C)

TOTSL ACIDITY: 4.80 g/l tartaric acid

RESIDUAL SUGAR: 5.30 g/l

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16ºC

PAIRING: Enjoy it with fish, minor game birds and plates based on mushroom sauce.

AGING TIME: 8 years.
