REGION OF ORIGIN: Tupungato 1.200m above sea level, Mendoza

VINEYARD DETAILS: Alluvial soil and drip irrigation

CLIMATE: Dry and continental with great exposure allowing perfect ripening

HARVEST DETAILS: Picked by hand in cases, from April12th, yield: 9 Ton/Ha

VINIFICATION: Grapes were destemmed and crushed. Maceration before fermentation. 15 days of fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 25-29ºC. Natural malolatic fermentation

AGEING PROCCES: In French and American oak barrels for 12 months. Bottling ageing for 6 months

COLOUR: Intense dark purple red

AROMAS: Plenty of ripe red and black fruit, black pepper, green pepper, notes of chocolate and coffee

PALATE: Elegant and powerful. It fills the palate leaving a wide and long-staying aftertaste. Its aging in new barrels reinforces its elegance without covering its fruity characteristics

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14.00% Vol. (20º C)

TOTAL ACIDITY: 5.20 g/l tartaric acid



PAIRING: Enjoy it with goat garnished with spicy sauces and red grilled meat.
